3 South Huenefeld Tower Room (Downtown Main Library: 3 South) Capacity: 99

Description

Located on the 3rd Floor of the South Building at the Downtown Main Library. 

This room includes:

• 1 flat screen TV (please see staff for assistance with audio-visual equipment)

• 1 microphone

• 1 podium

• 2 glass walls: 1 with a view of and access to the terrace, 1 with a view of the city

• 5 outlets (10 sockets total)

• wood floors

• Fire code capacity: 99 *Please note: The capacity we give is based on fire safety rules, which show the maximum number of people who can be in the room. This number doesn’t include how many people can fit with tables and chairs because every setup is different.*

 

Please note that set up and clean up time must be included in your total reservation time. We do not permit access to a room outside of your reservation window. 

Customers are welcome to bring their own carts, but it is a liability to let them use carts that are designed for books and therefore we cannot lend them to customers. We are not able to provide any carts or dollies. You are welcome to bring your own and use them for your set up needs. 

Customers who book the room for private use, closed events/meetings, parties, or purely social purposes are required to pay a fee of $50 per 2 hours to use the room. Fees are to be paid before entering the room.  If you are also booking the terrace, the fee for the Tower Room plus the Terrace is $150 per hour due to public safety oversight requirements. Fees are to be paid before entering the room.
