The Madeira Branch Library Meeting Room is equipped with tables, chairs, and 2 TV Monitors with HDMI capability.
Maximum capacity is 50 (standing) and 35 (with tables and chairs). If needed, staff can help you with the equipment when you arrive, but arrive 30 minutes before your meeting begins to allow adequate time for set up.
Please note: Bookings default to one-hour in length. To shorten or lengthen your reservation, use the drop down menu and select your desired end time.
