The Symmes Township Branch Library Meeting Room is equipped with tables, chairs, 2 TVs and a podium. A HDMI cord is available at request to connect your device fitted with an HDMI port (most current Apple products do not have an HDMI port).
Maximum capacity is 100 (without tables and chairs). Staff can help you get the equipment you need when you arrive. If needed, staff can help you with the equipment when you arrive, but arrive 30 minutes before your meeting begins to allow adequate time for set up.
Please note: Bookings default to one-hour in length. To shorten or lengthen your reservation, use the drop down menu and select your desired end time.
